Hi, longevity enthusiast!

Welcome to all new subscribers!

In this issue I’m talking about:

  1. Successful Brisbane Longevity Panel

  2. EOY Long Lunch on Hawkesbury River

  3. News from across the longevity field

1. Successful Brisbane Longevity Panel

Just a week ago, a sold-out Lumen Longevity Panel in Brisbane surprised everyone with the crowd and incredible speakers, delivering an insane amount of valuable information.

I think no one expected that we could have this type of event in Brisbane.

Yet there we were:
• discussing longevity mindset with Longevity Mindset Strategist, Nick Engerer,
• learning about longevity finance from Longevity Finance Global Leader and Swiss Banker, Nadine Esposito,
• taking notes on skin care and rejuvenation from Skin Doctor Gilles Laur,
• being amazed by non-surgical stem cell treatments provided by Musculoskeletal Regeneration specialist, Dr Paul Schiavo, and
• secretly wishing to become one of Medical Director of TotalFusion, Dr Simon Baarbe’s clients.

It’s clear that the Australian longevity ecosystem is growing, as is the interest in and demand for longevity products, services, and lifestyle.

Seeing the engagement and enthusiasm in the room affirmed that Australia is ready to lead in this space.

The connections made and knowledge shared at this event are just the beginning of what’s possible.

Thanks to all the attendees who joined us not only from Brisbane but also from Melbourne, Sydney, the Sunshine Coast, and even New Zealand!

And of course, nothing touches my heart more than the reviews from the people I make it for.

Here’s one of them:

“Hi Katia, I just wanted to say that last night was a fantastic event. Thank you for hosting and putting it together, and I hope you do many more. Incredible to meet so many like-minded individuals in Brisbane.
Thank you, Luc”

2. Lumen Longevity EOY Long Lunch tickets

Bye Bye 2024! Hello Longevity 2025!

You’re invited to the Lumen Longevity Long Lunch!

Join us to celebrate longevity and the end of the year with your crowd on the Hawkesbury River!

But this isn’t your typical lunch.

First, we’ll meet on the Central Coast, where we’ll pick you up and take you on a local organic produce tour.

You’ll visit local vegetable growers, Little Feet Gourmet, a couple passionate about bringing the most delicious, chemical-, synthetic fertiliser-, and pesticide-free fresh produce to your plate.

You’ll have the chance to hear from them about how they use natural, regenerative practices to improve soil health and grow high-quality, nutrient-dense produce with superior flavour and freshness.

Next, you’ll visit a family of farmers from The Food Farm, who recently met King Charles during his visit to Australia. Yes, their meat is that good!

We’ll check out their shed-shop and hear about regenerative farming. You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase their delicious pasture-raised, certified organic chicken and grass-fed, grass-finished beef.

Afterward, we’ll take you and nine other guests to a secret location on the Hawkesbury River.

There, Camilla Thompson, Longevity Nutritionist and Wellbeing Coach, who works with clients like Canva and Lendlease, will share expert nutrition advice for longevity, practical biohacks for boosting energy, and strategies that support lasting vitality and wellbeing.

Renowned Australian chef John Ralley will spoil us with a menu specially designed for our guests, featuring local organic produce. John will not only cook for you but will also share his passion for hunting, gathering, and baking.

You’ll have a full three hours to expand your longevity network, share biohacking tips, learn about others' longevity journeys, and enjoy the best company!

Afterward, we’ll drive you back to your car at the train station for a safe return home at 6 PM.

With only 10 seats available, this intimate gathering is a chance to immerse yourself in the beautiful bushland along the Hawkesbury River while savouring fresh, seasonal cuisine in one of Australia’s most tranquil settings.

As a subscriber of this newsletter, you have first access to the tickets. Before I share them with the rest of the world tomorrow, book yours HERE!

P.S. Sydney Longevity Panel was sold out in just 2 days.
