This week I’m travelling to the first global scientific conference focused solely on the role of supplements as a geroprotective intervention.

The conference is organised by National University of Singapore, Academy for Healthy Longevity Young Loo Lin School of Medicine. There I’ll:

• Gain insights from renowned scientists, clinicians, and industry experts at the forefront of geroprotective supplement research.

• Dive deep into research, understand industry trends, and explore regulatory considerations related to supplements.

• Stay ahead of the curve by discovering cutting-edge breakthroughs and emerging technologies in healthy longevity.

• Uncover how supplements can positively influence healthspan and lifespan.

After the conference, I’ll undergo extensive diagnostics at Chi Longevity clinic. It’s a global, expert-led centre of excellence and is the first private healthy longevity clinic in Singapore to pioneer the reversal of biological ageing.

Their medical team is advised by Prof. Andrea Maier, a world-renowned expert in geroscience — the intersection of ageing biology, chronic disease, and health.
